The positions show a considerable set of Lagrangian Points but only earth is impacting a secondary large earthquake. There again it is Earth. Earth, Sol, Mars, and Pluto are almost aligned.
Inner System:
By Thu 2009 Jan 1 0:06 earth has passed the position for a severe quake it would be wisest to seek an earlier date for a <M5.0.

The Magnitude of the earthquake at Haiti an year later, not the hot air in the Arctic was the target of the Fake Weather all that time. It would explain the duration of the blocking highs.
It changes the estimation of periods of the Ocean Tides that I have been making. Screws with a lot of things does it not?
